STRATEGY FOR FOUNDER-LED BUSINESSES

Build your next stage on purpose

We work with owners of service businesses doing $500k–$5M who want a plan they can actually run. The plan, the sequence, and someone in your corner who has seen this stage before.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You're past the hard part. Now it needs structure.

Revenue grew, clarity didn't

The business works, but every decision still comes back to you and the plan lives in your head.

Busy, not profitable enough

Plenty of work, thin margins, and no clear view of which work is actually worth doing.

Ready to hand things over

You want the team running the day-to-day so you can work on the next stage instead of the current one.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Three formats, one method

Same thinking, different levels of involvement.

Private Coaching

Private Coaching

Fortnightly working sessions with one owner. We set the plan, then hold the line on it — priorities, numbers, hiring, pricing and the conversations you have been avoiding.

Growth Group

Growth Group

A small group of owners at a similar stage. One workshop a month, one peer table, and a shared plan format so you can see how other businesses are solving the same thing.

Consulting Sprint

Consulting Sprint

Done-with-you for 90 days. We build the thing — the offer, the pricing, the sales process or the ops handbook — and leave your team able to run it.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, no mystery

No pitch decks, no pressure calls.

01

Apply

A short application about the business, the goal and the timeline. It takes about five minutes.

02

Discovery call

Thirty minutes to test the fit properly. You leave with at least one thing worth doing either way.

03

A written plan

If we work together you get the plan, the sequence and the numbers we'll watch.

04

The work

Sessions, accountability and adjustments — the part where the plan survives contact with reality.

The method

THE METHOD

Fewer priorities, better sequencing, honest numbers

  • Find the constraint — the one thing capping the business right now.
  • Sequence the work so this quarter's effort compounds into the next one.
  • Put numbers on it so progress is visible without a dashboard theatre.
  • Build the habit inside the team so it outlives the engagement.

WHAT PROGRESS LOOKS LIKE

Structure first, then the numbers move

A plan on one page

A plan on one page

Priorities, owners and dates — the version the team can actually repeat back to you.

A calendar that reflects it

A calendar that reflects it

Time blocked for the work that matters instead of whatever shouted loudest.

Numbers you trust

Numbers you trust

A short set of measures reviewed on a rhythm, so decisions stop being guesses.

Nothing here is a guarantee of revenue, profit or any specific business result. What you achieve depends on your market, your offer and the work you do.

The 90-Day Growth Plan workbook

A short workbook that walks you through the same first-session questions we use with clients: where the revenue actually comes from, what is capped, and the three moves worth making next.

FAQ

Questions people ask before applying

Who do you work with?

We work with owners of service businesses doing $500k–$5M who want a plan they can actually run. Most clients are owner-led, past the start-up stage, and want a plan they can actually run with the team they have.

What happens after I apply?

We read the application ourselves. If it looks like a fit you get a link to book a 30-minute discovery call. If it doesn't, we say so and suggest something more useful.

How long is the commitment?

Private coaching runs in 12-week blocks, the group runs six months, and consulting sprints are 90 days. Nothing is open-ended.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Anyone who guarantees business results is guessing. We commit to the work, the structure and the honesty; the outcome depends on your market and your execution.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the way of working and is discussed openly on the discovery call. Typical ranges are on each program page so you can rule us in or out early.

I'm not sure which one fits.

Apply anyway and say so. Part of the call is working out which format suits your stage — including 'none of them, yet'.

Ready to look at your next 90 days?

Applications take about five minutes. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you plainly and point you somewhere better.
